Noble & Lee LLC ("Noble & Lee," "we," "us") is an AI automation agency based in West Lake Hills, Texas. This policy explains what information we collect through nobleandlee.com and our services, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Information you send us. When you contact us by email, through our website forms or chat widget, or by booking a consultation, we receive the details you provide — such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message.
- Demo line calls. Our demo phone line is answered by an AI voice agent. Calls to it may be recorded and transcribed so we can demonstrate, monitor, and improve the service. By staying on the line, you consent to this.
- Technical data. Our website host (Cloudflare) may log basic technical information such as IP addresses for security and performance purposes. We do not currently run analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and provide our services
- To schedule demos, appointments, and consultations, and to send related confirmations and reminders
- To operate, evaluate, and improve our AI systems and offerings
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
SMS/text messaging
If you provide your phone number and agree to receive text messages from us — for example, when you contact us through our website chat widget or forms, or when scheduling a demo or appointment — we may send you text messages related to your inquiry, such as replies to your questions, scheduling confirmations, and appointment reminders.
- We send text messages only to people who have given us their consent to receive them.

Cookies and analytics
Our website chat widget may set cookies that are necessary for it to function — for example, to keep your chat conversation active between pages. We do not currently run analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
Service providers
We use trusted third-party services to operate: Google Workspace (email), Google Calendar (booking), Cloudflare (website hosting and DNS), LeadConnector (website chat widget and messaging), and telephony/AI infrastructure providers for our voice agents. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.
Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above — for example, to maintain an ongoing client relationship or comply with legal and accounting obligations — and then delete it.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing [email protected] or calling (737) 221-3536. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
